Accuracy matters because software decisions can affect cost, data, workflows and customers. ChoiceRidge welcomes specific, evidence-based correction requests from readers, vendors and other affected parties.
What qualifies as a correction
A correction addresses a factual error, materially misleading omission, broken calculation, incorrect attribution or statement that no longer accurately describes the dated evidence presented. A product update after publication is usually treated as an update rather than an error.
How to submit a request
Use the Contact page and include the page URL, exact statement, explanation and a primary source where possible. Clearly identify any relationship you have with the product or organization involved.
How we evaluate requests
We review the underlying evidence, publication context and materiality. Vendor preference, affiliate status or commercial pressure does not by itself justify a change. We may ask for documentation or clarification.
How corrections appear
Minor typographical or formatting fixes may be made without a note. Material factual corrections should include a dated note when readers would benefit from understanding what changed. Updated pricing or features may be reflected through the page’s updated date and supporting text.
Editorial conclusions
Reasonable parties may disagree with an editorial judgment. We will reconsider conclusions when new evidence materially changes the analysis, but a correction process is not a guarantee of a preferred rating, ranking or verdict.
